Exterior Plaster Maintenance
To protect your exterior plaster, we recommend the following maintenance:
Clean exterior walls every 12-18 months to maintain their appearance.
Re-paint exterior walls every 7-10 years to preserve the integrity of the entire system. If you've chosen a dark colour, anticipate needing to repaint sooner.
Inspect exterior plaster walls, guttering, and roof annually. If any cracking is detected, please contact us promptly to address the damage.
Inspect ground cladding clearances annually, ensuring 175mm unpaved or 100mm paved.
Inspect drains, gutter outlets, and cladding bases yearly, removing any leaves or obstructions.
Inspect balustrade/wall intersections annually. If cracking is observed, reach out to us for a free maintenance quote.
